Refund and Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. All returned bags must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all tags intact. Products with obvious human damage, stains or custom-modified items are not eligible for return.
2. How to Start a Return
Before sending items back, customers must submit a return request via our support email. Please provide your order number, product photos and return reason. We will reply with return address and instructions within 24 working hours. Do not send parcels without prior approval.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, full refund will be processed to your original payment account within 3–7 business days. The arrival time of funds depends on your payment provider’s processing schedule.
4. Shipping Fees for Returns
- If returns are caused by our errors: defective item, wrong size/wrong item delivery → we cover return shipping cost.
- If returns due to personal preference: customers bear the return delivery fee; original shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
Clearance discounted items and personalized customized bags cannot be returned or exchanged unless quality defects exist.
6. Damaged Upon Receipt
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving packages with clear photos of damaged goods and outer box. We support free replacement or full refund for factory defective products.

We reserve the right to update this returns policy without prior notice; latest version will be posted on this page.
